By accessing or submitting an application through the ClearPathAU website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms outline the expectations, limitations, and responsibilities of both parties.
1. Purpose
ClearPathAU provides access to a curated betting education system via referral. We assist applicants in understanding and potentially enrolling in third-party betting-related services, based on eligibility. ClearPathAU is not a financial service, gambling provider, legal adviser, or investment facilitator.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18+ and legally permitted to view wagering-related content in your Australian state or territory.
- International users are not currently accepted.
- You must have access to at least $1,000 to participate in the referred system (this will act as your bankroll).
- You agree not to bypass or circumvent the onboarding process by seeking out the referred system independently.
3. Disclaimer
- ClearPathAU is not a betting service.
- We do not sell tips, handle bets, or manage funds.
- We act only as a referrer and onboarding partner.
- All financial decisions made using any referred system are your own.
- You understand that ClearPathAU does not offer any legal, taxation, or financial advice.
4. No Guarantees
- Participation in the system does not guarantee profits.
- Historical performance is not an indicator of future results.
- Results vary and depend on your consistency, bankroll, and ability to follow instructions.
5. Confidentiality & Conduct
- All educational materials, walkthroughs, and internal systems are confidential.
- You may not share walkthroughs, referral links, or training resources without written permission.
- ClearPathAU reserves the right to revoke access at any time for misconduct, dishonesty, or breach of confidentiality.
- You agree not to resell, redistribute, or license any content or information received through onboarding.
6. Payments & Referrals
- If referred into a paid third-party system, you acknowledge that ClearPathAU may receive a referral commission.
- This does not affect your pricing or access.
- All payments are made directly to the third-party provider, not to ClearPathAU.
- ClearPathAU does not offer refunds. Any refund request must be made to the provider.
7. Refunds
- ClearPathAU does not charge users directly.
- Refund policies are solely governed by the third-party system.
- ClearPathAU accepts no liability for payment disputes with the provider.
8. Agreement & Contact
- By submitting your application, you consent to being contacted via email, phone, or Discord for onboarding purposes.
- You confirm you understand the role and limitations of ClearPathAU.
- You understand this is not a get-rich-quick scheme and requires active participation.
- You agree to these Terms & Conditions.
9. Data & Privacy
- Your personal information is collected solely for onboarding and support purposes.
- We do not sell or distribute your data to unaffiliated third parties.
- Despite our efforts, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure. You agree that you provide your data at your own risk.
- You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@clearpathau.com.
10. Modifications
ClearPathAU reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
